KPIX Eyewitness news report from June 16th 1976 on a workshop with the White Panthers and the San Francisco Police Department. The clip features John Sinclair who co-founded the left-wing organization at Huey P. Newton's suggestion addressing members of the San Francisco Police Department including Chief of Police Charles Gain.
