KPIX news footage from April 26th 1973 with reporter Peter Burns, featuring interviews with two of Edmund Kemper's neighbors in an apartment building on Alameda, CA, where he lived a year before confessing to a series of murders in the Santa Cruz area. Includes an interview with a woman who states she was Kemper's next door neighbor in the complex and comments that: "He was an average person. He blended in with everybody ... But the only time he didn't talk too much was when I'd meet him in the garage by myself." Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
