Description
KTVU news footage from March 3 1968 featuring views of singer Della Reese (1931-2017) visiting a school in the Bay Area. Reese tells the students: "This is where you should concentrate most of all. This is where you should learn the things that you're gonna need later. 'Cos life is really a great thing if you've got the right equipment." Note that the San Francisco Chronicle news paper recorded that Reecce was performing that week at Bimbo's in San Francisco. Opening graphic designed by Carrie Hawks.
