Will there be a new trial for Juan Corona?

KPIX-TV news footage from January 21, 1973 with reporter Bill Hillman featuring scenes from outside the Solano County Courhouse in Fairfield, where Hillman summarizes the legal background on whether a motion filed by Juan Corona's attorney Richard Hawk for a new trial will be accepted. The 38-year old labor contractor was found guilty on January 18 of first-degree murder on all 25 counts charged, after a 4-month trial.
