The Claritas PRIZM Premier and ConneXions marketing segmentation systems enable users to understand lifestyle characteristics of places or identify target market segments while the Community Lifestages dataset presents lifestage data based on Householder Age, Household Income and Household Family Status. The Retail Market Power and Consumer Buying Power datasets provide data on retail spending, demand, and potential for spending across hundreds of expenditures and stores. Data is largely available down to the block group level, and custom locations can be created.
