Copiers
Overview
The Library manages the self-service photocopy machines at SF State. The full service Campus Copy Center is operated by the Bookstore.
Self service copies cost eight cents (8¢) per page (8 1/2 x 11) and must be paid for with the SF State OneCard ID or a Guest Card. Coins are not accepted. Money can be added to these cards at the AVS machines (Add ValueStation). See more AVS locations. Money can also be added online with a credit card. Guest Cards can be purchased for $2 at AVS machines, after which value must be added before using.

- Student Union (3 copiers)
All copying on campus must adhere to the SF State copyright policy.
Color Copies
Self-service color copies cost 65 cents (65¢) per page and can be made in the Library. Legal and tabloid color copies can also be made from 8am to 5pm M-F. Legal size color copies cost 65¢. Tabloid size color copies are $1.35.
Microfiche & Microfilm
Selected Microfiche and microfilm can be scanned to a file, emailed, or printed using a SF State OneCard ID or a Guest Card. Microfiche and Microfilms need to be requested online and will be delivered to the Book Checkout & Pickup Counter within 15-20 minutes when the Library is open.
SF State students and faculty are given priority in the use of microfilm and microfiche copiers/scanners, and use of these machines is restricted to copying/scanning only. Use of the copiers/scanners may be restricted to thirty minutes or less during busy periods.
Copying machines and readers are self-service; instructions are provided on each machine. Further assistance maybe obtained at the Book Checkout & Pickup Counter.
