Microform Request

All Microforms are now directly available in the cabinets near the elevators on the Third Floor.

The reader/copier is just outside the elevator lobby, west toward the Help Desk.

Most microfiche and some microfilm are now located on the 3rd floor in cabinets surrounding the elevator lobby walls. Equipment for viewing or downloading documents is available nearby and instructions for use are posted on the machines.

Collections on the 3rd floor include: Magazines & Journals on microfiche, arranged by titles; San Francisco Chronicle on microfilm; government publications on microfilm and microfiche; and the Human Relations Area Files.

Less often used microfilm and ERIC microfiche are located in the Library Retrieval System but cannot be requested directly. If you do not locate what you need, please send an email message to libref@sfsu.edu
