March 3rd, 2008
The Library has an extensive collection of DVDs, video tapes, and 16mm films for viewing in the Media Access Center. You can find copies of movies, documentaries, televison and more. The Library houses the San Francisco Bay Area Television Archives which includes footage from local broadcasting companies as far back as 1955, great for local or cultural interest research. Use of the San Francisco Bay Area Television Archives is limited and requires a prior appointment.
