The Library is hosting a conversation with Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom about his recently published book Citizenville: How to Take the Town Square Digital and Reinvent Government on Thursday, May 9, from 2:00-3:30 p.m., in the Special Collections Reading Room on the 4th floor of the Library. Jerry Eisman, Director of SF State’s Institute for Civic and Community Engagement, will begin the conversation with Gavin Newsom, followed by a question and answer period with the audience.
Copies of Gavin Newsom’s book will be available for purchase. During and following the book signing there will be a reception in the 4th floor area outside the Special Collections Reading Room.
