The CSU has suspended and shut down state-funded design and construction projects on all 23 campuses in response to the state’s freezing of $600 million in general-obligation and lease revenue bonds used to finance these projects. The J. Paul Leonard Library expansion and renovation project is one of these projects and has been suspended. We anticipate the suspension to last for at least 90 days, but to resume the project in the near future when funding is re-established via a State bond sale.
Library services were relocated during the fall semester 2008 to Library Annex I and HSS. Library services and access to collections are not affected by the suspension of the Library building project.
