The Library is open to the general public, including CCSF students, except between midnight and 8am.

Can students who do not attend San Francisco State use the library? I noticed it said the library will only be open to the “University community” on March 26. Can you please clarify this?

The priority for use of the two Media:Scapes on the 2nd floor will be for groups of students using the screen sharing technology. There should be signage stating this at each of the Media:Scapes soon. We are working on the reservation piece, in the meantime use will be first come first served.

I walked through the library and noticed the group study spaces with the large flat screen TV’s that students may use, but what if a group is not utilizing the TV and just the table and couch? Will there be a reservation process for these spaces or just first come first served?
