I ordered several books in the morning and then went to pick them up in the afternoon and they were not there within 4 hours. After 5 hours some of them had come but not all of them. I expected the 4 hour processing time to be a maximum, not some optimistic estimate.

Also some of the people at the counter told me it would be 24-48 before the books would be ready, which was also wrong. Don’t expect to order your books and get them on the same day.
