In regards to the chairs that I just tested out recently in the Annex, Here are my thoughts:

Chair #1- Seems pretty comfy. Won't mind sitting in it. Disagreeable with the patterns and color on the seating though.
(FAIL)

Chair #2- Kind of seems be a bit too firm for me.
(FAIL)

Chair #3 (black)- It feels firm but surprisingly comfortable. Like the design too.

Chair #3 (wood)- solid but surprisingly comfortable too; supports back well. Like the simple design look.

Chair #4- Looks nice but is very awkward when moving on wheels.
(FAIL)

Chair #5- Not quite sure. Feels okay when sitting in it. Color looks too dull.
(making it a FAIL)

Chair #6- I have conflicted thoughts on it. Like the sleek design but feels a little strange sitting in it. Probably because of the cheap look and the pointed corners on the edge of the seating.
(making it a FAIL)

Chair #7- Comfty, feels nice, and somehow feels liberating with arms missing. Though, the pure white color doesn't seem to agree with me.

Chair #8- Love it! Very comfty. Good place to read. Sitting in it may make some people sleepy though.

Chair #9- Hate it. (FAIL)

Chair #10- You got to be kidding me. Both the red velvet-like cover and round table is way wrong. (FAIL)

Chair #11-What is this?! Weird design, strange material cover, hard seating: I could die in it! (FAIL) (FAIL) (FAIL)

Chair #12- Encore! Feels excellent sitting in there with convenient laptop tray and cup holder. All top marks (minus the color but I can deal with that).

Overall, the top selections in my opinion:
#3-black
#3-wood
#6 (maybe)
#8
#12

This looks like it came from the that coffee shop on Friends, Central Perk, I think its called. It's just in bad taste. I would prefer a more classic design.

From the four categories of chairs, my favorites are as follows:

1 because it has a reclining back

4 because it's the most comfortable

8 because I almost fell asleep on it once I sat down. I want one in my house.

12 because it's comfortable and I love the idea of the side table. The only problem is that it's a little cramped and I question the integrity of the side table. Judging by the desks in the classrooms, I'm willing to guess if one of the chairs broke it would never be repaired or replaced.
