		<description><![CDATA[So...let me see if I&#039;ve got this right. The things I won&#039;t be able to do are:
- browse the shelves
- look something up without necessarily checking it out
- have books, periodicals, and computers all in the same vicinity for note-taking, etc.

Also, I&#039;m not clear on how access to periodicals, including microfiche, will work.

I&#039;m a grad student working on a lit review and a research paper this term, so I&#039;m a little bit freaking out.

Finally, what are the projected dates (beginning / completion) for these arrangements?
