The network connection for OneCard is down. The OneCard Office and DoIT has been notified. Currently the VTS machines and copiers are not working. Free printing has be turned on. Direct students to print to the backup printing.

New sign-on software is now installed in the Mac computers (1-32) in Annex-I. Patrons must enter the their SFSU ID to sign-on to the iMacs. Patrons are allocated a 2 hour period which can be extended. Direct public users to the Guest and Express workstations.

Students can add value to there OneCard through the OnceCard website using a credit card. They can also view past transactions and disable their card if it is lost or stolen. The site also allows guest deposits from relatives and friends. Print volume in Annex I is extremely high and the printers quickly run out of paper. You should check the paper level in the printers once an hour when we are busy. Paper is under the low scanner counter at the far end of the service counter.
