Has anybody seen this kind of thing before? A new guest user account was created for a patron at around 11am, but she wasn’t able to sign in to a Guest workstation as late as 12 noon. Her record looks fine in Millennium. Any ideas?

ArcGis is currently not able to run due to a licensing problems. We hope to have this issue resolved by tomorrow. We’ll post an update when it’s working again.

Students can now use PC Reservation to make a reservation for one of the video editing Macs. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance, for up to 3 hours per day. To make a reservation, students need to use the computer that’s been setup on the far end of the service...

The network connection for OneCard is down. The OneCard Office and DoIT has been notified. Currently the VTS machines and copiers are not working. Free printing has be turned on. Direct students to print to the backup printing.

New sign-on software is now installed in the Mac computers (1-32) in Annex-I. Patrons must enter the their SFSU ID to sign-on to the iMacs. Patrons are allocated a 2 hour period which can be extended. Direct public users to the Guest and Express workstations.
One of the VTS machines is out of service in Annex-I. The OneCard Office has been notified regarding the problem.
