Thanks to the fabulous Irma, I’m able to remind you that we do have hard copies of the SFSU budget behind the Ref. desk. They are located in the file cabinet that holds the headphones and DPRC materials, but on the BACK side of that cabinet facing the Systems work area.

Just a reminder – If you’re working the desk or providing assistance from the phone, please avoid calling Annex 1 as a site that’s open 24 hours. We’re open 24 hours ONLY for currently enrolled students at SFSU. All other students/ patrons are limited to using Annex 1 from 8am to midnight!
It has come to my attention that users who try to reset their PIN and have their sfsu e-mail forwarded are NOT receiving the instructions via that e-mail message. I just called Distribution Services and they are not certain what the problem is, and they can’t reset PINS over the phone, only in person....
