For those of you who are unable to access your InsideSFSU webmail: I reported the problem to DOIT, who told me they believe it is related to one of our servers being down. They’re working on the problem.
We seem to be having problems with logging into the Research Workstations. A number of times today (and yesterday) patrons cannot log into a Research workstation, even though they haven’t utilized any of their reservation time. The PC workstations seem to be working ok, for now. The problem has been reported.
The shuttle may not be running today. Another librarian who normally takes the shuttle from 19th was told by her driver that it’s not running today. I tried to contact Parking & Transportation to confirm this, but they are closed today to deal with PGA issues.

Here’s the update on My IT Lab availability. It’s working on PC1-20 and, Kim has confirmed, on all of the Research Computers. Can someone confirm this? Tim and Kim think they’ll have it working on the remaining PCs soon.
