This has been resolved. Students are able to log-in to PC and Research Computers but Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Word (and perhaps other softwares) are running really REALLY slow. When a student pays his overdue fee in the Bursar’s office, they need to go to HSS 102 WITH THE RECEIPT to clear their patron record. Payment of an overdue fee doesn’t automatically unblock access to Research or PC workstations.
