I experienced some problems when I came in Saturday afternoon to restart the HK Servers. I’ve updated the home page and the Spotlight post to indicate that the Requests will be unavailable until Monday, but there’s a chance that I can get it back up on Sunday.

Some of the power strips on top of the study desks in the main study area, north side of tent, do not work. The study desks in front of the reference books and in the center of the tent seem to be working.
LRS requests started working again earlier this afternoon. The problem was related to some changes that were made to get ready for the installation of the 5th aisle.
LaVonne and Harley are reporting that LRS Requests are working again.
We’re having a problem right now with the Sign-On system prompting users to enter a PIN instead of their last name. They should type their last name. Tim is working on this and should have it resolved soon.
ArcGis is currently not able to run due to a licensing problems. We hope to have this issue resolved by tomorrow. We’ll post an update when it’s working again.
The ring volume on the Info Desk phone 338-1854 on the counter is very difficult to hear even on the high setting. We need a replacement.
