DoIT has made some additional adjustments on the wireless configuration in Annex I which may resolve the problems we’ve been having recently. Please let me and/or Chris Novak know if you continue to hear from patrons that they’re having issues with the wireless network. Thanks, Thoreau
Sorry to say that we are still having wireless network access issues. DoIT is aware of this and has assigned a network tech to assist in resolving the problems. Please let me and Chris Novak know as you hear from patrons who can’t connect to the wireless network.
We have resolved a problem that was preventing users from requesting items in the LRS. Please let me know if anyone continues to experience problems requesting items from the LRS. - Thoreau
