There was a campus wide network outage this morning from 6:30am to ? Obviously the network has been restored. Are there any identified issues for our Library network that need to be addressed?
Students not able to open or download course related items from iLearn are using Internet Explorer on PCs. Please tell them to log out of their account and use the Firefox web browser.
Using a phone extension (8-1552) currently to call campus phones on the analog system does not work when calling the VoIP line in the new building (ex: from the Annex). Some of the power strips on top of the study desks in the main study area, north side of tent, do not work. The study desks in front of the reference books and in the center of the tent seem to be working.
The ring volume on the Info Desk phone 338-1854 on the counter is very difficult to hear even on the high setting. We need a replacement.
The software is scheduled to be upgraded with the new license. Until then students will not be able to use the software. Here is a screenshot:
