I’ve had IM’s from students unable to request books. I tried it myself and got the same message that folks were getting earlier in the week: ”Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please ask a library staff member for help. Or try again later. (BAD).” I’ve notified LaVonne and Thoreau by e-mail.

The problem has been resolved in Find Articles and DBs, but not in the OPAC. /TL The Alexander Street Press login screen, not the PIN login, displays when the database name is clicked. The problem has been reported to libweb@sfsu.edu.
