OneCard VTS Machines Down

Both of the OneCard VTS machines are down. The OneCard website(http://fiscaff.sfsu.edu/generalinformation/departments/onecard/onecard_small.jsp) for online deposit site is also having issues, when you click on the “Online Deposits” link you get the error message below. We need to find a solution before 10:00 p.m when only the CSOs are avaliable and there will be no Library staff members...

Increase the time limit on the Research machines just for Finals Week

Hi, Is it possible(I hope so) to increase the time limit for the Research machines due to the demand for computers, since the PC’s that allow students/patrons to extend their time are consistently full. This change will only be for Finals Week to accommodate students/patrons. Thank You, -Dominic
