There have been a few referrals within the last week that were incorrect.
1. Library or Campus Events – A patron was trying to find a campus/ library event and was referred to the Library Administration Office for assistance. This wasn’t a correct referral. Your best option is to send them to the “Research Assistance” desk OR use the IM (Instant Messaging) service for help.
2. IIliad Assistance – If a patron needs assistance with their IIliad request (i.e. they haven’t received their requested document), contact Shawn Heiser by phone (338-1744) OR email (firstname.lastname@example.org). There isn’t a ‘public’ service desk for DDS or IIliad requests. (Do not send them to “Digitization Services”.)
3. Microfilm requests – Please email a request to: email@example.com. We have the SF Chronicle reels on the 3rd floor, but all other microfilm requests go to this email address.
