Graduate Thesis Work And ‘Incompletes’ – Borrowing Privileges / Remote Access

Reminders!

GRADUATE STUDENTS working on their thesis, but not enrolled in COURSE WORK are eligible for borrowing privileges (including remote access to databases) if they complete a registration form (available at “Book Checkout” desk) with their ADVISOR’S SIGNATURE. They can also have their advisor send an email authorization to circmail@sfsu.edu OR an email directly to Aleta Asbury (aleta@sfsu.edu) – head of Distribution Services.

STUDENTS WORKING ON ‘INCOMPLETE’ – They are eligible for borrowing privileges ONLY if they complete the registration form with the signature of their instructor.  Borrowing privileges include remote access to databases!
