Help Available for Open Stacks

August 29, 2013
By

Many of our students don’t seem to know how to read a call number and are having difficulties finding books in the stacks.  If someone needs help in the stacks and you can’t leave the service desk, try calling Mitch Turitz – x87883.  If  he’s available, he’ll meet a patron and help them read a call number and find a book in the open stacks. Reminder: there are also signs posted in the stacks providing information on how to read a call number.
