Research Commons- Guest Workstations and New Sign-On Software

Everyone:

1. Guest Workstations – Guests must enter their assigned ID number (usually the last five digits of their passport/ driver’s license) and a Library PIN. If they haven’t set one up, they would create one like a regular student.

2. Guest Users – If they’ve created a Library PIN, but forgot their number, they would reset it via the link “Forgot your PIN?”. An email will be sent to their email account (on file) when they signed up as a Guest user. If they don’t remember their email address, send them to “Book Check-Out” area. They can reset. with a photo ID.
