Rita has informed me when a copier needs a service technician to come onsite and resolve a copier issue to simply leave the machine as is with a “Maintenance” sign on it. In other words, leave the jammed piece of paper in the problem spot because the technicians need to visually see where the problem/jamming areas on the copier are located in order to resolve the problem. You may try to clear it the first time and then test it to see if it works, BUT if it jams a second time then leave it alone, place ”Maintenance” sign on it, and notify Rita to call a service technician.
