Help Desks – Library Catalog Info!

Everyone:

Reminder: When assisting patrons with our Library Catalog, be sure to explain the “Location” field to users. If the Location is: “Books, 3rd and 4th Floor”, patrons needs to retrieve the book from the library stacks collection. If location says “Library Retrieval System”, patron needs to request via online link. Also, we have electronic books w/ a link to “Website”. “Reference Books” and “Government Publications” are kept in a separate area on the 3rd floor. (We also have Reference/ GP books in the library retrieval system).
