ArcGIS Licensing

As of this morning, Library IT was notified ArcGIS is not working on any of the old (towers off to the side of the monitor) and new Dells (Slim Form Factors) in both Research and Study Commons.

The conclusion is that it is a licensing issue and Kim Wong will be notified about this and hopefully have this resolved very quickly. So for the time being ArcGIS will be unavailable.

p.s. there is no ArcGIS software on the Macs.

    UPDATE-11/1/12:

Kim Wong says all Small Form Factor Dells has ArcGIS (as well as SPSS 20, SAS 9.2, Mathematica 8, and MyITLab) up and running.
