DMS Editing Room Policies and Reservations

Starting today (10/29/2012) students will be able to reserve the audio and video editing rooms in the Digital Media Studio. Editing rooms can be reserved for 3 hours per day and up to 1 week in advance. When available, students may extend reservations for an additional 3 hours. A reservation workstation in located in DMS to the left of the Help Desk near the print release station. Editing rooms will remain locked, and students will need to ask for assistance from the DMS Help Desk to unlock the room. Below is a list of the editing room policies which are posted at the entrance of each room.

 *Priority use for video, audio and digital media production

*Room available 3 hours per day, up to one week in advance *Room reservation may be extended up to an additional 3 hours when available *For “no shows”, room reservation will be cancelled after 15 minutes *Don’t leave room unattended *See Help Desk personal to unlock room and for assistance *Respect Library food and drink policy
