LRS pickup issue

It was recently brought to my attention that the books requested from the LRS are placed for pick-up in a public part of the 1st floor and that slips with the requestor’s full name and ID number are in those books.  This is a problem from a security standpoint because anyone can walk over and take these slips and then use the information to log in on our computers. If the slips could have a truncated ID on them that would solve the problem.
