Reporting Wireless Problems

The Devision of Information Technology has requested we collect more information regarding wireless network problems in the library. Please notify an IT staff if any patrons report wireless problems. The basic information we need is Time, Location, Device, OS Version and Error Message. It’s not necessary to troubleshoot the problem, we just need to collect the information for DoIT to work with. Additionally, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, student can be referred to the DoIT Help Desk in Admin 110.
