Northern California Greek American Archive

I had a doctoral student from Australia here yesterday; he had come to avail himself of the Northern CA Greek American Archive at the Center for Modern Greek Studies (SFSU College of Liberal & Creative Arts).  Although their website indicates that the archive is “to be housed at the J. Paul Leonard Library at San Francisco State University”, it is currently on site in the Center for Modern Greek Studies, and is not open to the public at the moment, due to a flood they experienced recently (they said they would be updating their website soon to reflect this). If any other visiting scholars show up looking for this archive, we can direct them to Jim Lucas, jim@loukas.com. He is a consultant who is assisting the Center and may be able to provide access to materials in the archive and beyond.
