Sutro Library Opening Date

I had a question from a researcher about when the Sutro Library will actually open to the public (their website still states May) and I didn’t know the answer. So, I called and spoke to the Director, who told me they will most likely open in our building in late June — they are hoping for mid-June, but late June is probably more realistic. She said they will be updating their website to reflect the postponement and welcomed us to call with any questions: (415) 731-4477
