Group Room Policies

Basic use policies have been posted in the group rooms in the Research Commons and Study Commons. Below is a list of the current policies for group room usage. These are a interim working policies which are subject to update and revision as needed.

GROUP STUDY ROOM POLICY (Study Commons/Research Commons)

*First come first served

*2 or more people

*No more than 2 hours at a time

*Don’t leave unattended (or you may lose the room)

*Respect Library food & drink policy

GROUP VIEWING ROOM POLICY (Study Commons)

*Priority for viewing/listening to media

*First come first served

*2 or more people

*No more than 3 hours at a time

*Don’t leave unattended (or you may lose the room)

*Respect Library food & drink policy
