The microform reader for fiche and film has been set up on the 3rd floor across from the service desk. Patrons can read these media and make a pdf file to save to a usb/thumb drive. Then they can take the file to a lab for printing or take home to read on their own device. NO NETWORK PRINTING right now. We are working on a solution for that but the old printers are dead tech for a number of reasons. I have composed and attached brief instructions to the side of the reader on how to handle the scan to a pdf file. I’m including a copy of the file FYI.

There is also a microform reader across from Book Checkout on the first floor but this machine is for reading only, there is no way to print or save to a USB drive. – Dick Montgomery
