Color Printing Problems From MS Office On PCs

We have noticed problems with patrons printing color documents from Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) on the PCs. They get a black and white print rather than color. Patrons should be directed to use the “Color PostScript” print queue for printing color documents from the PCs workstation. A sign has been placed on the color release stations directing patrons to the Information Desk before attempting to print color documents. Color printing from Macs is working normally from all applications including MS Office.
