Calling on Campus to the VoIP Phones at New Building

Using a phone extension (8-1552) currently to call campus phones on the analog system does not work when calling the VoIP line in the new building (ex: from the Annex). You must dial 9+ the complete 7 digit phone number (9-338-1552). We were not able to contact the Circulation Desk because of this, I went over there,  and it was Michael McCourt from Circulation who informed me with the fix. Thank you Michael!
