Films on Demand requires FLASH version 10.0 or higher. Computers in Annex I have been tested and seem to be fine, but if you receive inquiries about problems w/ computers outside Annex I, please let them know about the Flash requirement and, “Please direct your customer to the documentation in the Help Center. This information is available in the Technical Requirements PDF:

On Sept. 6, Films On Demand acknowledged that there has been slowness of their On Demand platform. ‘We had to perform server-wide operation enhancements and safe guarding measures to prevent any further issues with accessing and navigating our Streaming Video Platforms. We appreciate your continued patience as our staff monitors activity of the website, as well as conducts regular maintenance over the following week.’
