IM Library Help Problems (now fixed)

We are having problems with IM Library Help not opening for users.  I have reported the problem to Jeff, Pam, and libref, and Manon has been looking into it.

Edited to add:  The problem is fixed now! Something on Library H3lp’s end.  Probably a good idea to keep an eye on it today, however — periodically, try making sure you can access IM help from the user’s link on the homepage.
