OPAC Records not Displaying Availability or “Request” Button

I noted this problem earlier this week but it seems it’s more widespread than previously thought.

Manon Williams says that some OPAC records are not displaying availability information or the “Request” button. It seems to be happening with newer versions of web browsers.  We’re adding the following message to the initial OPAC search screen:

Please note: Some records are not displaying a “Request” button or availability information. We are working on the problem and apologize for any inconvenience.

    Thanks for the posting!
    A reminder to everyone at the Info Point – this ‘glitch’ means patrons won’t be able to request the book from the LRS. We will update everyone once this problem gets fixed. (Also, users cannot request a Link+ copy for the same book if they encounter this problem).
