Instant Message Service Restored

LibraryH3lp, our IM provider was still involved in a scheduled weekend upgrade but it appears to be working now through Pidgin (or PC’s) and Adium (for Macs). If you use the Webchat version you’ll notice that it looks a bit different but does work properly. Also, you may notice in the queue a user named chat.libraryh3lp.com Please don’t delete that user, as it is used for administrative purposes.  Thanks!
