SpringerLink doesn’t like Firefox
I’ve helped a few patrons lately who could not open PDF articles in SpringerLink using Firefox. But other browsers work. On a Windows machine, you can use Explorer or Chrome. On a Mac, you can use Safari or Chrome.

I think this may be the same problem we’ve experienced with other PDF files not opening with the old version of Firefox. Kim Wong tells me that they are currently updating Firefox on all the computers and so the problem should be going away. In the meantime if you experience problems, the computers in the “classroom” area have the new Firefox and should work OK.
