EBSCO Databases – no full text and problems linking

EBSCO databases are currently having a lot of problems connecting to full-text articles which is resulting in lots of dead ends, confusion and  complaints from users via email and IM.  Ya Wang reports that this is a problem at the Chancellor’s Office and that it should hopefully  be cleared up by next week.
