Has anybody seen this kind of thing before? A new guest user account was created for a patron at around 11am, but she wasn’t able to sign in to a Guest workstation as late as 12 noon. Her record looks fine in Millennium. Any ideas?

HK Systems has restarted the LRS servers and all appears to be well.
Harley just informed me that HK will be shutting down the LRS today from 11:30-1:30pm. During this time requests for items in the LRS will not work. The OPAC, databases and other electronic resources will not be affected. I’ve added a note in the OPAC about the LRS requests.
