New guest user can’t login
Has anybody seen this kind of thing before? A new guest user account was created for a patron at around 11am, but she wasn’t able to sign in to a Guest workstation as late as 12 noon. Her record looks fine in Millennium. Any ideas?

This should happen automatically. Make sure the caps aren’t on w/ his/ her keyboard. Also make sure the guest is on a ‘guest workstation’ and not a Research workstation. (this happened to me before.) If this doesn’t work, give me the patron info and i can check into it.
