More Printing Problems – Annex 1

We had some more printing issues in Annex 1 w/ I-Learn documents in Word format. Not exactly sure what is going on, but a quick solution is to use Firefox, rather than Internet Explorer. (Users are being blocked from the printing options.) If you hear of other printing problems with I-Learn, please note them from this posting. Provide as much information as possible. tki
