One of the ID card readers at the Info Point area is accepting student ID’s, but not sending info to the computer monitor. I’m trying to find a contact person to fix the problem. Until its fixed, please ‘manually’ enter patron info, such as name or ID number e.g. nginsberg, allen OR University ID number.
Also, we’ve noticed a number of ‘failures’ with the Sign-On software. We’re guessing there are too many users logging in. If problems continue, restart the computer.
